Crack Sealing
Crack sealing is a technique designed to repair pavement cracks, blocking water and debris from entering them and leading to further damage. Cracks may form due to natural wear-and-tear, extreme weather conditions or high vehicle traffic, among many other sources.
Sealing cracks involves applying a special sealant to the affected areas, filling in the gaps and shielding the pavement surface. Sealing cracks is important for structural integrity but also for driver and pedestrian safety as it keeps the water and debris out of cracks, cuts down the risk of accidents, and increases pavement life.
Sealcoating
Sealcoating is an effective preventative measure designed to extend the lifespan of asphalt pavement by applying a liquid emulsion on its surface and protecting it against sunlight, rain, and snow.
Sealcoating provides another line of defense for pavement surfaces against cracks, potholes, and wear-and-tear damage caused by wear-and-tear wear and tear over time. Sealcoating offers an economical yet efficient means of maintaining both appearance and quality while decreasing repair or replacement costs over time.
Sealcoating your asphalt could save money and protect it in the long run, making it an excellent investment for both your property and business.
Line Striping
Parking lot lines are more than just paint—they’re what keep everything running smoothly. But over time, those lines fade or get worn out, making it hard for drivers to find a spot or follow the right path. When your lines are unclear, people get confused, and that can lead to accidents or frustrations. Not to mention, an unorganized lot can give off a bad first impression. If your parking lot looks like a mess, it reflects poorly on your business.
Free Pavement Assessment
Get a free pavement assessment to better understand the health of your asphalt. The assessment will be provided with an easy-to-understand Paser (Pavement Surface Evaluation and Rating) scale that was developed to establish rating of your pavements condition by analyzing surface distress. It’s a score from 1-10, where 1 is ‘failed’ and 10 is ‘excellent condition’.
